Fuelled by cups of small batch brew from 49th Parallel, and working with their head of Ecommerce, we elevated the UI to better showcase the products and to quickly get coffee into the hands of thirsty US and Canadian customers. We improved site function and retooled the subscription services for better UX and seamless admin. Just as each coffee is crafted by the experts at 49th, we worked hard to craft a beautiful online experience. The icing on the coffee cake? It worked. Within the first week, we saw an increase in revenue of 200% and a conversion increase of 45%. 49th Parallel now has a coffee subscription and a website capable of serving their customers who, like their bespoke coffee, know exactly what they want and where to find it.
