 When we met Escarpment in 2019, they were seeing good traffic and decent conversion on their site, but a low AOV (Average Order Value). With everything that they have to offer, we directed our efforts to increasing the value of each transaction by tackling and improving the overall search and usability of the website for their customers. 

We audited the site to gain data-driven insights that would help our team determine the most effective tactics for optimization. Product search and suggestions became impeccably tailored to each user. Not one extra dollar was spent on ads and acquisition.

 The results were clean, crisp and refreshing. Sales volume increased by more than 40%, Average Order Value increased by 75% within 30-days (YoY), and staff saved hours per week in manual tasks through automation.
